A 54-year-old man got 16 years in pound-you-in-the-ass prison for cannabis trafficking. He had 17 and then 18 lbs of cannabis shipped to his start up business, "Seeds of Life."
A 59-year-old Urbana man got 4 years probation for aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He molested a 10-year-old girl five years ago. He said the touching was "a misunderstanding."
Perhaps if the 54-year-old man had claimed the pot shipments were "accidents," he'd be on mere probation as well.
