Helvetica

This will appeal to more than you think....

I saw on Metroblogging Chicago that there is a documentary called Helvetica coming to the Gene Siskel Film Center in June. Looks like tickets are only $9.

The schedule from the website:
June 15--21

Fri. at 6:00 pm and 8:15 pm;
Sat. at 3:00 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8:15 pm;
Sun. at 3:15 pm and 5:00 pm;
Mon.-Thu. at 6:15 pm and 8:00 pm
Ironically, there is no Helvetica available through Blogger for this post.

Ooo, I do passion for the font; I'm going to have to see this.

There's also a new book called Typo: The Last American Typesetter or How I Made and Lost 4 Million Dollars" by David Silverman, that I need to check out.
